HORRIBLE!!! I am completely dissatisfied with this association. The property manager HECTOR LOPEZ is disrespectful and does nothing, but tell you that your issues do not matter to him. The security is nasty and rude to guests as well as the residence. The security also gives special treatment to their friends. I felt discriminated against while living here. I mentioned this to Hector Lopez while living here and this is what he said to me "Lets keep this simple, any more complaints coming from your unit and your lease will be terminated by the association period. Your "promises" won't keep me from sleeping or worrying about you." HE IS NASTY AND RUDE! Polynesian is going down the drain because of this guy HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! You pay $20 for a key that is suppose to give you access to all ammenities, but the bowling alley nor the billiards room has worked for 2 years now. THEY SUCK!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. THE CHILDREN ARE RUNNING AROUND WILD AND COMPLETELY UNSUPERVISED THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY, VANDALIZING THE PLACE, TRASHING IT AND DISRESPECTING ADULTS. THE ELEVATORS GET STUCK ALL THE TIME AND THEY SMELL LIKE WET DOG, SINCE THEY ALLOW ANIMALS AND THE RESIDENTS DO NOT CLEAN AFTER THEM. THE POWER GOES OFF IN THE LAUNDRY FACILITY IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR WASH AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. CARS GET STOLEN FROM THEIR PARKING LOT ALL THE TIME. IT’S LIKE A SHOPPING CENTER FOR THIEVES. THE LAUNDRY FACILITY HAVE NO AC, NO WINDOWS, NO FANS, IT’S 200 DEGREES IN THERE. THEIR BOWLING ALLEY HAS NOT WORKED IN YEARS AND WILL NEVER GET FIXED. THE DUMPSTERS CANNOT HOLD THE AMOUNT OF TRASH THAT IS CREATED FROM ALL THE PARTIES THEY HAVE EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND IN THE CLUB HOUSE, SO THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY ENDS UP SMELLING LIKE A HUGE TRASH CAN. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING OR RENTING HERE, DON’T. YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY REGRET IT. THE PLACE IS DIRTY AND SMELLS.
