Provided by YPmobileTony Vrenna the service manager at this facility is untrustworthy, rude, and misrepresent the massive issue that Accura is having with their airbags. He is truly lied and screamed his lies to my face. He said that the reality of the recall was older cars stating that none of the deaths where from the newer versions on the car. This issue with this information was utter bullshit. Upon doing my own research I have found that 9 people have died from these air bags from the past 6 years. Yes the cars where an older model but does that not make the lives of the people still count? For him to essential say that bc the cars where older and it does not effect the newer versions that these people in older vehicles, including myself, do not matter. We have lost time and energy getting screamed out by this man who lied to my face. To say the least I will be selling this car and I will NEVER buy another Acura for the rest of my life! Thanks for the experience and enjoy ur decreasing rating.

Provided by YPmobileOne of the worst place to buy a car the are robbers , my husband and I purchase a vehicle the ending of March they sell us a feeling that was over heating . I take a it back million time I even told them after purchasing the 3 days after when I called them about the problem and told them I don't want this car the took it back claim that they fix it not sure I hate this place customer service suck helpful suck they don't care about people all they care about is to robbery don't waste your time and money going to this place . The rating for this place is zero!!!!!

Provided by YPmobileThey tack on thousands of dollars in dealer fees. They smile in your face and pretend like you are getting a good deal. However, if you read through the paperwork carefully, you will see all the extra fees they add to your deal. Go to any other dealership! Rick Case Acura is the worst!

Provided by YP.comWhat can be said about Rick Case Acura? Well yes it is the oldest Acura dealer in the nation..YES it looks like it too. This run down dealership is in the middle of a very bad poor neighborhood that resembles a ghetto to many. Benny Chahal is the General Manager and this place suits him very well. The dealership looks rough and so does he. I guess all those years of being a first rate liar is starting to take its toll on Mr. Chahal.
I can state firsthand about his unethical practice of lies and untruths. The real sad part is at the end of the day he will sit along with the other members of management and laugh about all the people who they fooled out of their hard earned money. He takes great pride in choosing his words wisely to have customers and others believe him to be saying one thing and then to try to explain something completely different once you confront him about it.
This dealer also is known to advise you that they have colors, models and makes in stock over the phone and internet only to have you pull in and then state “ohh we just sold that car” or “we do have it but it’s at the port”…all of these are just an excuse to get you into the dealership so they can tell you more untruths. He will also try to add fees to any totals quoted for things such as destination, dealer fee, processing ect. The building is full of water damage, mold and an overall crappy feel to it. This dealership is the armpit of any luxury brand.
If you desire a beverage when you arrive you may be in a state of shock when you try the very bad instant coffee or tap water. Yes that is all they have…and if you do buy a car they will coach you to answer the factory survey that the sales staff offered you a “quality” beverage. The survey also asks you if you cannot live without your Acura. They actually want you to answer on the survey that you cannot live without your Acura as if you were to die if it went away somehow.
Bottom line is if you want to be lied to and sit all day in a dump of a dealership then this is the place to be otherwise you should consider your options. OH due to the bad neighborhood it is also a fact that customers cars have been stolen from here and even the employees have had items such as phones, ipads and keys stolen from them as well. Walk in at your own risk.

James, the saleman, was excellent and managers Karin and Allan were beyond exceptional at their jobs. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and made me feel comfortable to let them know if I needed anything. When I need to purchase my next Acura, I will be sure to return to Rick Case! Thanks!

Provided by YP.comMy Salesman Fratz was exceptional at his job. Frantz went above his job requirement and even followed me home so I could get my new car there. I know he was most likely finished with his work day but he made sure his customer's needs were met. I drove him back to the dealership after we got both vehicles to my home. Thank you Frantz!!!
