In all the years that I've been doing this, there is only a handful of transportation companies that stand out. CharterRide USA is one of those companies. I am a event planner and recently we had a function at a local hotel. We brought in 425 guests to the Greater Ft Lauderdale area and after getting a few quotes from a couple of local companies, we decided to go with Charter Ride USA. Although we had a lower price from the other two companies, somehow this company gave us a sense that they were on the ball and knew what they were doing. From the very start, the process was very professional. Quotes, return calls, etc., were done as they said would be done. We had a total of 9 buses with events happening all over the city, and I must say that the Charter Ride team was there all the way. The drivers were courteous, well dressed and extended every single possible courtesy to our clients. The vehicles were newer buses that were really clean in all respects including the restrooms. We had a couple of passengers with walkers and they were given top priority. The ground support staff that they provided stayed in top of things and were clearly paying attention to our client's needs. Their back office staff was always available and were able to accommodate a few changes that we had to make mid function.

Overall, I have to give Charter Ride USA my kudos because their service was above and beyond without question. I will use them again in November 2008 for another one of our functions and will use them for another event in Atlanta, GA. Great company to work with!

We've used this UPS store for a mailbox and it is great. The owner/employees are always there to handle our needs in a timely and friendly fashion.

As a group leader, we recently traveled to South Florida to board a Royal Caribbean ship. After calling around a few companies in the Ft Lauderdale and Miami area, I finally came across CharterRide USA. I have to tell you that they were pretty awesome. The other companies that I had previously called treated my call as if "they were doing me a favor". On the other hand Charter Ride made me feel like they really appreciated the opportunity to assist me and my group. From the minute that we started talking to the minute that we finally got to the airport, these folks were "right on the money". They were courteous, attentive and cared about every single detail. They had a greeter at the airport when we arrived. The following day we took a tour of Ft. Lauderdale and Miami with a guide and the boarded our ship. A week later, they were on time when we got off the ship. The drivers were not only courteous but went beyond the call of duty. We have already done two other trips with them, one in Texas and the other one in San Francisco and although they were a little more expensive than their competitors, it was WELL WORTH IT! Absolutely recommend CharterRide USA. Definitively will keep using them!
