I don't know about this other guys situation, but it is very hard for me to believe him. Ive bought from Roberts for several years now, and it has been the best car buying experience ive ever had. Good guys, super nice and make you feel like a member of their family. Love going up there for service too. James is a good guy. The owner John is a blast to talk with, and there is a Sales gal named Angie who is so gorgeous and sweet that I could go there and just watch her all day. Love this place! Oh, great Trucks too. Almost as hot as their Sales girl. Almost.

Poor post sale service and follow-up. Management was worthless and would not take ownership of issues and blamed other team members and customer.
