I purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla a year ago, and the service was wonderful. They even brought the car back in numerous times to re due undercoating for me. I just purchased a 2014 used Toyota Tundra for 31,000 had it for 2 days and noticed all the tires were weather cracked. Brought the truck in today and was told they were fine as long as the belts are showing. So now after spending that much for a truck I have to purchase new tires because they are not safe despite what they said. I was going to send my father-in-law there to purchase a vehicle but have now changed my mind. Very unhappy!!
