While demounting a tire for me, an installer damaged my tire, covered it up, lied about it. When I confronted the service writers they became rude and denied everything. It cost me $250-at another shop- for a new tire. What a rip-off!

Went in for a simple oil change ok good price everything ok. The next day i hear a noise from engine compartment so I look underneath the vehicle and my large steel skid plate is missing. So I call the shop and speak with Robin(I think) and ask him what happened. He had the balls to tell me oh you dont need that anyway. What!! So he knows more than the engineers who designed my Nissan Armada and put it there for a reason. I told him I wanted the skid plate back and would install it myself. Well the underskilled and most likely not ASE certified mechanic used a cut-off tool and cut the heads off the bolts to remove the plate. I fixed it myself. Never will I go back and I tell everyone I know about this horrible experience. I have found a new shop in Plattsburgh with honest mechanics it is Dubrey's on US avenue go there instead you will not be dissapointed.
