Travis and his team at James Electric are responsive, communicative, prompt, professional, easy to work with and good for their word. We contracted a job where extensive bedrock wouldn't allow the service to be completed as planned. They provided us another option, but unfortunately had to still pay the excavator. I appreciate how difficult it is for a professional artisan to eat that cost out of pocket, but we received a full refund of deposit, no questions asked. They also did a comprehensive cleanup of the yard where the digging had begun. I'm so grateful to them despite the work remaining incomplete. We are looking forward to them returning once an overhead line can be installed--and hope to somehow make it up to James Electric for honoring their commitments under challenging circumstances--particularly in a service space where that can sometimes seem so rare!
