Used Mr. Sullivan for a previous case and thought he did well. Went to him for the recent case and what a huge mistake it was. He refuses to turn calls. It takes days and weeks to track him down for an answer. His associate John has no clue and completely flubbed the case up. There is no client confidentiality in this office. Mr. Sullivan gets upset when you ask too many questions. He also likes to attempt tp place blame on the client when it is his staff that made the errors. He refuses to " fight" for the better interest of his clients. When his paralegal say " Oh no, this is not good" it makes you wonder what happened.
