Provided by YP.comI recently visited this dealer to purchase my first car. At first everything went smoothly, I found a car I liked, and 3 days later I had purchased it. We had to wait for the inspection; which is totally understandable. Later that day I take it home, but the check engine light is on, no big deal I bring it back to Woodhouse and they tell me they have to take it to the Dodge dealer in Blair. they won't be able to look at it until the next week. Again no big deal as long as everything is getting fixed right? So next week comes around I get my new car back.vI drive it to work, I drive it home, no issues. The next day I'm driving back home, and take a right turn and my front left tire falls off, I'm stuck in the middle of the road unable to move. I have the vehicle towed back to Woodhouse, who promise to fix everything. Another week goes by, and I get the call that my car is ready to go. I pick it up, I take it to go see a movie, and I drive it home. I go to my car the next morning and the antifreeze has dumped all over my driveway. So back to Woodhouse. I fill the car with antifreeze, and go. The car starts to overheat so I stop on the side of the road (Woodhouse is literally less than 10 minutes from my house) and fill it up again. I get to Woodhouse, they once again promise to get it all fixed up. I go back home and a couple of hours later I get a call from them asking me if I removed the radiator hose clamp. I can assure you I did not, so once again they have the audacity to attribute this to someone messing with my car while it was parked because just like the lug nuts there is absolutely no way Woodhouse would have done anything to cause this. At no point has the manager of the facility spoken to me. The Woodhouse Auto family should be completely ashamed of the negligent and disrespectful way that their Plattsmouth branch is operating. As far as I am concerned it is a reflection of a standard that is considered acceptable by the rest of the Woodhouse Auto Family.

Provided by YP.comUpdate to previous review:
I received a phone call and a very sincere apology from Mike this morning. He made no excuses and asked me to please keep my appointment, which I agreed to do. It is not easy to apologize and I do appreciate that he called and wanted to make things right. I am going to give the service department a shot.
I purchased a brand new vehicle from another dealership and it has an issue that needs to be fixed, so I contacted Woodhouse Ford to request service. The gentleman who answered the phone, Mike, was just short of rude. He basically accused me of not knowing what I was talking about (asked me if my vehicle was even equipped with what I said needed to be fixed), gave me inaccurate information (told me that seat heaters don't turn on when the temperature is too warm outside), did not seem to know what ambient lighting is (even though my 2009 Ford Escape is equipped with it so it has been around for a long time), and then acted exasperated when I told him I still wanted to bring my vehicle in for service. He informed me that he could not get me in for more than two weeks. I have never bought a vehicle from Woodhouse, so that experience may be different, but I would not recommend the service department. I will be cancelling my appointment and taking my car elsewhere.
