I called Justin about my dying treadmill and he walked me thru what the problem probably was and we came to the conclusion that it wouldn't be worth fixing based on the age of my machine. He said he could help me order a treadmill at a discount or I could go to Utah Home Fitness. I went to the later because I wanted the machine replaced fast and didn't want to wait a week or more to replace. Justin was very straight forward, I felt he was honest, he could have gotten a service call out of it but instead sent me happily on my way. This is the kind of person I want to do business with, honest and respectable. Clint at Utah Home Fitness said he'd be sure Justin got a gift card and I added an extra $25 to that to show my appreciation. Justin from Advanced Fitness Repair fixed my treadmill that had been shocking me for quite some time. He responded quickly to my call and knew exactly what to do. Parts were delivered to my home from the manufacturer ahead of time (within 2 days of the initial call!) and he made sure they were covered under warranty. He arrived the following day on time, efficiently fixed the problem, AND did maintenance on another machine. No mess left behind, and noth are working beautifully now!
