We contacted Blue ribbon storage on November 1st to tell them we would be moving out in December. We were making a state to state move from Colorado to Utah. We were selling a house there and buying a house in Utah (closing on both on the same day). We were closing on November 30th (on both houses, and driving on December 1st in a 26' Uhaul truck. There are a lot of variables involved with a move like that, and the girl told me they would refund the days that we didn't use once we checked out. They did not refund the days and kept all the months rent because they said we had not followed the contract and told them the EXACT day we would be out. Our contract was already packed in a box and I should be able to rely on the information given over the phone by an employee. How can anyone do that on a state to state move. This business practice is designed to rip off customers and steal their last months rent. Please do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else if you need a unit. Spe
