tried calling for 3 days and never got an answer. not once. I tried calling so many times. so mad!!!

Whenever I go into the Pleasant Grove post office, I always have had great experiences! The employees are awesome! I needed to call them today and the employee who answered was very courteous and helped me figured out a solution to the issue I called about. Love that PG Post Office!

I have found the employees of this post office location to be courteous and efficient. The drivers are pleasant and helpful.

The employees were rude and inconsiderate when it came to package pick up and when I tried calling, the lady yelled at me, and told me she was too busy to talk to me, and then hung up the phone.

I tried to call the post office many times about my mailman leaving packages right on top of my mailbox, which is next to a busy sidewalk. I tried to tell them that many kids from the elementary and junior high school like to steal mail. I even caught a kid trying to steal my packages one time. Not only that but one of my packages blew away once. I had to chase it!!! I reported this many times but the mailman continues to leave packages right on top of my mailbox.!!!
