I will never take another dog to this place. I called after two weeks of them having our baby to see when he would be done. The girl on the phone said let me ck. She said oh i'm sorry, his paw print broke they will have to redo it. I said how do they do that, she said Oh Cooper hasn't been burned yet!! They will take him out of the freezer and wait til his paw is soft and redo it! I started to cry, she said I didn't mean to upset you, I said that is our baby u r talking about. This place needs to choose a hell of a lot more compassionate words to say to someone who has just lost a part of there family!! My other dog will NOT be going there when its time!!

May little dog passed away recently and I had ordered her paw prints and cremation. I got her back along with her paw prints within a weeks time. They did a great job with the paw prints. It was nice to have her back home in a timely manner. I appreciate the professionalism.
