Esperanza and Alex provided exceptional customer service. They have an extensive selection of flooring to choose from and take the time to make sure you select what you want. They were helpful with suggestions and shared their expertise when I was doing a comparison of products. They were very responsive and the delivery and installation was on time!! I was extremely pleased with how the flooring transformed my room. I will definitely be back again!

We fell in love with some carpet we found at Home Depot and had one frustration after another in trying to work with them. I happened to be at the Benjamin Moore next door to Flooring City and wandered in hoping they might have "our" carpet. They did! It took far less time to order and install the carpet than it had in messing around with Home Depot in the first place, PLUS we got really expert installation, a better pad, and saved a boatload of money in the process. We just went back and ordered more carpet for my husband's new office, and once again were delighted in the superior customer sevice from Esperanza and Alex.
