Provided by YP.comIf I could give this salon negative stars I would. This is THE WORST/SCARIEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE & . The owner is the rudest man I have ever met & invaded my personal space while yelling at me.
I'm a 5'7 23 year old girl & to have a 6'2 older man yell at me and at the same time putting both his hands in my face & I actually had to put my arms up and cross them in front of my face to block him & tell him "You don't put your hands in a womans face! stop it"
He was yelling at me because get this- the owner of a tanning salon felt like I was coming in & spray tanning too much ( I bought & paid for an unlimited spray tanning & bed package) and he was yelling at me telling me that he had looked at my record of how many times I come in (about 3 times a week) that even though I have the unlimited package there is no reason to be coming in that much & how I'm wasting their solution & time.
Excuse me? I'm your paying customer & I am wasting your time & product?! He did not tell me this politely either he first lectured me & talked down to me like he was a dean at a university - ITS A FRICKING TANNING SALON, PEOPLE COME HERE TO TAN, AND SINCE I'M PAYING YOU MONEY TO TAN I DON'T GET THE PROBLEM
After having him bark at me and repeat the same questions again "I mean I know you bought the unlimited package but you're wasting solution" and " Do you not have anything to do but come waste my solution here"
I seriously felt like I was on a hidden camera show because I still couldn't understand why this man was so angry & aggressive at me for coming and getting a service I had already paid for for months. When I started questioning him about what the problem with it was he immediately freaked out & told me he was canceling my membership & then refused to give me the $100 bottle of lotion that is mine that they keep for you there ( or better yet steal from you)
I would rather tan on the sun then to ever go back. No one should ever treat a customer like that.
