Moral of the story is:

Never trust the Veterinarians, as they are simply interested in sucking out your money and not your pet's health.

This especially applies to the Staff at Sun Valley Regional Animal Hospital who were willing to endanger my dog's life by subjecting him to a very dangerous and complicated operation after grossly misdiagnosing him, just so that they could get paid. These people should lose their license.



Take your pets to Diablo Pet Hospital.

I brought my kitten here a few months ago and it was really scary for me she had gotten out of the house and got into a fight with the dog next door and she was hurt very badly. So I called Sun Valley Animal Hospital and they told me to come in right away and I did. They took her in right away and they end up keeping her over night and the next day she was so excited to see me all patched up and ready to come home.

Very welcoming I spent lots of time calming my nervous puppy down.

You guys are awesome giving reminders for our next appointment. Keep up the good work!

Everyone was professional and accommodating.

My puppy is bad. Just kidding... I guess I am the bad one beacuse I left the chocolate where he thought it was for him. I knew that chocolate was bad for pets but I did not know how bad. I immediately called my vet Dr. Hughes at Sun Valley Regional Animal Hospital. I was told that Rocky should be brought in right away. When we got there they got to work on him right away and made him vomit up most of the chocolate then kept him there for the remainder for the day on fluids to flush out his system. I am so thankful for the promptness and compassion I was given there and I know I will never take Rocky to any other vet. Thank you to Dr. Hughes and all the staff at Sun Valley Regional Animal Hospital!!
