The reality of this company, is that does not have anything to offer to new drivers other than truck payments and a bunch of expenses, they relay on old drivers only, offering them the best paid loads, because they have their trucks paid off, so they won't go anywhere else, the rest of the drivers, who are leasing the trucks, get what it's left, leaving them in a bad situation, because they're still making truck payments, they won't go until they quit and company gets its trucks back, dispatchers are terrible with no manners, so I guess that's the way they make money, using the poor drivers for their benefit only.
