We were in there recently and had a great shoot. The photographers were great and the pics were much better than Sears or jcpenny. Quality is better and backgrounds are too. I have noticed it seems they all have a lot of experience to the point where I can sit back and enjoy watching the pics get taken.

Terrible customer service, they do not listen to what YOU want. Pictures turned out ok but did not do a good job with coordinating back drops that compliment colors of clothing. Extremely rude. I will never return to this studio. We just had an overall bad experience working with these people.
