Jay Van Fossen claimed he didn't need to replace the entire ceiling in our great room and that he could cut out the half that was damage and we wouldn't be able to see a seam. Well that was incorrect because the seam was as obvious as having a zebra in the room. We contacted him multiple times but he avoided us. Warning - do not write the final check until the work is completed, dried, and you have carefully inspected it throughout the day and evening (in different lights).
