My computer was as slow as a turtle and would freeze on me. I called 1st Techs because I saw they have a free diag. The tech was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Turns out I had a nasty virus. The tech was able to rid my computer of its sickness and get my system back up and running in tip top shape.
I have since used 1st techs for outlook issues, installing new hardware on my laptop, and helping me set up a weekly backup plus any other issue I come across. They always get back to me in a timely courteous manner and get my problems resolved asap!
I am a loyal & loving 1st Techs client for life!!!
