We will develop your birth plan and cover techniques that will help you and your partner feel empowered and supported throughout the duration of your labor experience. Our sole focus during your labor and birth is to be your constant supporter and advocate. We never leave your side, coaching you through techniques to calm and comfort you. Your coach will help you deal with all the challenges of new motherhood, including breastfeeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, postpartum depression, and infant soothing.
