The Carpenters Training Committee for Northern California is an educational organization that provides apprenticeship, journey-level and related training services for union carpenters and contractors across more than 45 Northern California counties. It offers apprenticeship programs in various fields, such as safety and tools skills, construction math and introduction to working drawings, blueprint reading, structural framing, interior finish, stair building, welding and cutting, and form detailing, construction and erection. It is governed by a joint labor and management trust board and is recognized and registered with the state of California. Its journeylevel advancement health and safety training programs are certified by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. It serves as the Northern California training affiliate for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America. Carpenters Training Committee for Northern California is located in Pleasanton, Calif.
