Seemed great at first, then things went downhill. Not very knowledgeable about some designers. They are more into sucking up then listening and communicating with you. The owner likes to hide from the issues and does not address the issue, but rather blows it off like nothing happened. Also when my dress was steamed, it was horrible. Creases everywhere.
