I had a very easy and simple experience from the moment I walked in. The lady with long red hair helped me very much. I was able to get a beautiful 1 carat diamond for a very good price. I had my wedding ring for more than 3 years and still love it! The best thing about this store was the services that came with the product, such as the life time resizing, life time polishing, and life time prong checking and side diamond recovery. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a beautiful wedding ring!

I had a horrible experience with Jewelry Exchange Expo. They will try and sell you crap if you do not know how to pick a diamond. I had 2 rings from them that were crap. Kept falling apart and the diamonds were not certified. Finally I picked a certified diamond and picked a set from their display. And they got more money out of us in the end, which is what they want. The salesperson had the nerve to say she thought I was going more for a setting that I liked than a good diamond. Right who goes to a jewelry store for a crappy diamond? Then she said I was picky! I think I should be. I spent $5000. in this store. I will never go back to this store, ever.....
