The company uses sub contractors for jobs. Most of the sub contractors do good work but others are questionable. We had our kitchen and living room remodeled and had issues with the work by there plumber and electrician. It took multiple calls and returns of the plumber and electrician to resolve the issues. Other issues have come up and Josh, the project manger, has stopped responding to our phone calls and emails to resolve the kitchen cabinet issues. Turns out he Better Business Bureau has removed there accredition-which had know about this before as the complaints are the same about non calls back when issues come up and are ongoing... see there two company reviews:

Pretty bad when a company doesn't work with the client to resolve issues even when going through mediation and doesn't respond to the Better Business Bureau as the mediator.
