Don't know about the other review but this place literally has every kind of charger that I or my family needed. I accidentally broke one charger knowing it was my fault they were still kind enough to exchange it over a month later with no receipt. Prices are way better than what apple usually charges me and they have every color and length you can think of. At first I was skeptical because of the review but when I left I was very satisfied with the products that I purchased. I literally got 3 chargers for the price of what 1 cable cost would cost me from apple. They also charged faster and are way more durable than the cheap flimsily apple charger that came with my iPhone 7. And as far as the customer service goes. They were very professional and know their cables. great experience. 5 stars from me :)

This place is a rip-off. They do not stand behind their products. My charger broke in 3 days and they refused to give me my receipt back so I could exchange the second one if it broke too. Their exchange policy is 1 time exchange only. They know the quality is bad and do not allow refunds. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
