On the contrary, I have discovered Ultimate Staffing in Pleasanton to be a distinguished and exceptional company. The staff is tremendously professional, (especially the recruiting managers), bright, optimistic, and well informed about staffing in general and market trends. They even directed me on how to enhance, tailor, and customize my CV for my ideal career goals (I am a C-level Executive Assistant with about 20 years of related experience and hold a four year college degree in English). I was placed within 6 days of signing up in a permanent role with a remarkable company in Dublin, CA (10 miles from where I reside)! I made an observation about Ultimate Staffing, they have exceedingly high standards that candidates need to meet. I spent about two hours in person to complete the registration process since they are so thorough. I also had to pass a 10 year background check and had to provide positive references from every single one of my former positions! They really pay close attention to who they send out on the organization’s behalf. I actually respect this about the company and hold similar values. All of the time I invested in them paid off! They are very selective about who they take in as a candidate. They are the Neimen Marcus of the staffing industry!

All three women at this branch (Allison, Perry and Jill) desperately need to brush-up on their PR skills, and how they interact with their temporary employees......very disrespectful and sometimes just downright rude! They tend to emit an air of superiority, at times, which comes across as being very condescending toward the employee! Patrick was the only genuinely pleasant person there......too bad that he is only there as the accounting/ledger pencil-pusher!

I also did not receive any response from them either. Common Jill Cone, you can't be that busy to return my call??
