Do not rent from Wilson Property Management!! They are unprofessional, rude, and more hassle than they are worth! We rented from them for one year and it was a horrible experience. The home was not move in ready, was dirty, and the backyard was overgrown with weeds and leaves everywhere. The owner of the home lives overseas and it was hard to get any approvals on repairs ( we went 2 weeks without a working microwave!!) When it came time to move out, we did a pre-move out inspection, and were then charged for things we were not told needed to be done

( such as removing our satellite dish). We paid a ton of money to get into this house, and it was not worth it!! We took better care of this home than the owner did. If you want horrible customer service, poor follow through, and to waste your hard earned money, than this is the property management company for you! Otherwise, don't rent from WPM!!

This company was not a good property management company to rent from! They are extremely unprofessional and treat their tenants horribly. After moving into the home we rented they tried to get us to sign additional addendums to our lease because they forgot to have us sign them prior to moving in. After refusing to sign them they became vicious and mean and even sent us a nasty letter trying to scare us into signing things we were not comfortable signing. After moving out they tried to charge us for what is considered to be normal wear and tear on a home for things that should be paid for by the owner of the home, not the tenants. If you rent from them be prepared to fight tooth and nail for your rights and your money. This company is very disorganized and could use a real lesson in customer service and getting your facts straight before bothering tenants with your self-inflicted problems.
