In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 77 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, turkey and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of breads and pies made fresh daily. Could do better

Food came out fast but it took me 3 times to ask for my sweet tea, got the ranchers plate & a lot of fat very little meat was on my plate, an elderly couple ordered their food before me & didn't get theirs till I was done with my plate, employees never once said " sorry about that " to them not I. & when I did get my tea the young girl gave me a look like it was a bother to her, I won't be coming back as of today good luck to yall
