Me personally this restaurant was horrible whenever first opened up and Pleasanton but now within the past year it has improved greatly! I have gone on and off for a few years and every time I go I always sit at the bar, majority of time I go I always have a girl bartender and I always ask for some type of mixed drink or mixed shot and they never know what to make and they always suggest the house margaritas or a straight shot of Patron or fireball basically what every bartender that will work there should know the only one that seems to know what they're doing is the only guy bartender there his name is Patrick he seems like he's the most knowledgeable one there when it comes to alcohol and when it comes to me as a customer asking what do you recommend I want a Mixed shot he will come up with like an unlimited list of mixed shots at the top of his head or mixed drinks for me to try. so my opinion when you go sit at the bar request Patrick because he knows the most out of any bartender there the rest only know simple stuff or only margaritas the Chillis sells

I would have given it 0 stars if I could. Do not bother! The food is ok but the service will make you go insane! If you have to go, just get a drink...whatever you do don't order food! You will not get what you order or they'll be out or you'll wait 1 1/2 hrs and the waiters all have attitudes and will argue about what you ordered. Seriously, one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to and the management doesn't seem to care because it's always packed because there's not too many restaurants in the area to support all the "oil boom." I wish they would get a competent manager so it would be a great place to go. Very sad!

Not good service. I found a fried cricket in my food and manager just said sorry as if that was what she HAD to say.If it was sincere I would have reconsider.....

The food here at Chili's is great but The prices can be a little expensive when you're dining with friends.

The Awesome Blossoms are my favorite along with along with the steak. The restaurant is in a nice location and is very clean. I would recommend this Chili's.
