It took them three weeks to come back to do the job after the estimate. I had to call back a couple of times to see what was taking so long and the head of the company Mike said he had forgotten about it. But he assured they'd be there the next day. Next day he calls saying he had mixed up the days and they'd be there for sure the following day. Finally his guy showed up got the job done in less than an hour. Mike calls me right after saying my total was $468, the estimate was $350. When I tried to ask questions about the bill he was rude and unprofessional saying he did not have time to explain why the jump on price. So there you have it, unreliable, unprofessional, poor customer service and dishonest. I will never do business with them again.

Took only six hours to do a job I was afraid was going to take days. Mike was fair and professional. His man Joe was an experienced plumber who got to the root of the problem and suggested a time and money saving solution.
