This is a phony listing. There is no actual business, you will reach an office which contracts out to local repairmen. They tell you they will waive the service call fee, but they actually have the contractor work it into the cost of the repairs. The man who came to do the repairs was nice enough, but we couldn't get him to call us back, even though he wrote in the contract he would return if we had any issues within 90 days of service. Ignore this listing.

These people are a scam! You call them, they set up an appointment and take your credit card number for a $55 service charge. They tell you that the $55 goes away if the work is done. Repair man come out takes the machine apart and says oh, I don't have this part. Then asks if I would pay for the part up front before he goes and picks it up!?!? Then tried to tell me that this was a cash deal and would need to collect the $55 cash if possible. Horrible and will not EVER use these them again. This is a call center and they collect a fee for this and send independent contractors out.
