We went to two parties at Bounce U before booking our own. My kids had great fun. When it was our turn, they collect all of the gifts, most of which were envelopes containing gift cards or money, and put them in a bin, left open and out. Bottom line was they lost two envelopes containing gift cards worth $50, which was confirmed by the parents who brought them. I called ten minutes after I got home from the party, and have been getting the runaround ever since. They just kept telling me that they were "investigating" it and that they'd call me back, which they never did. I spent over $300 for a party for 12 kids, you'd think that because they lost the gifts that they'd give my son reimbursement for his gifts, but they did not. They also charged me for 8 extra kids, and an extra pizza, which we did not get. Keep your eye on the ball and watch what they are charging you for and what you're getting at this place. I'll never go again, nor will I advise anyone I know to go there.
