Careless, late delivery, employee stole our scooter with merchandise still inside. Incident happened at Harrah's Atlantic city NJ. No Apologies made. Merchandise valued at $4,000. Scooter taken from handicapped woman with parkinson's. Report filed with Harrah's and AC police dept.

I have used this company twice for my parents-it has been seemless-the scooters are waiting there for you when you get there and you simply return them to where you picked it up from. I had the scooters delivered to several casinos on different occasions for my parents. All the scooter were fully charge, had adjustable speeds, were modern, clean and comfortable. They handled very well. And the customer service department is great-and they have someone by their phones 24/7.
