I must not be picky, because I like the place.

Worst KFC in the area. I have the privilege of choosing several different KFC's in central WI and this one is a dump!

The buffet is not replenished and it is sloppy with food spills. I have eaten here about a dozen times since they opened over a year ago. My family members insist on trying it over and over to see if it gets better but it gets worse every trip. The price for the buffet has gone up repeatedly but they don't fill the chicken until the very last crusty piece has been taken, despite the number of people circling for more chicken!

I have seen the crew put 2 pieces of chicken in and walk away, put two more in and walk away. In the mean time when it is busy there is a mad rush to get the prized two pieces. The person who gets it is the one who camps out at the table closest to the buffet.

To keep people from getting too much off the buffet, the customer has to go up to the counter with their dirty plate and ask for a new one. Disgusting! some times the employees handle your dirty plate and throw it away but I've never seen them wash thier hands before waiting on another customer. I didn't notice how bad it was on previous trips because of the cattle herding type service . I mean that we paid, got in line, tried to fill a plate at the buffet with other people darting in and out of line, juggle sodas, napkins, find a table around a maze of chairs and booths and cubicle walls, only to find one dirty table open.

We've tried different times of the day and it's never a full buffet. Most recently the customer count must be down but it's tooo late for my family. We all now not to return to this KFC. I can drive a little further and get a much better experience, order off the menu, get a specific piece of chicken and a meal. OR learn to stay at home and quit getting the shaft from big business!
