I ordered and paid for a FAMILY size pizza online on Monday 12-19-2016. My wife stopped on her way home from work and picked up the pizza. What she was given was actually a LARGE size pizza. I called the Plover store and was told they just prepare whatever order comes off of their printer and that I would have to call the corporate office because corporate was responsible for the printer output. I did this and the corporate representative recorded all the information. He said that I would be contacted by the manager/owner of the Plover location. It has been almost two months with repeated communication and promises from the people in Plover and they still have not done anything to correct their error. While the pizza is good, you better hope it is made correctly before you pay for it. otherwise you are doomed to be frustrated.
