I have eaten here now 2 times,, sat at the bar for outstanding service and awesome food. The liver & onions melts in your mouth. Tried the rib eye tonight,, cooked to perfection. Lady at bar is a heck of a bartender. Recommend highly for great service, great food and great conversation.

My husband and my self had a great dinner. Great service, and fun.Great place.We will be back.

We've been eating dinner at the Brass Rail Bar and Grill at least three times a month for several years but service has become so terrible that we are done. There are other places in the area with better food and a full bar. Our last server, Kellie, managed to completely wreck the evening we had planned for a pre-dinner drink, a nice meal and some cheerful conversation. I understand everyone can have an off night but this woman clearly didn't enjoy her job. She was curt and never engaged in any questions like, "how are you tonight" or "how are your meals" or "is there anything I can get you." Any special requests we had for our meals was either answered with a "no" or no answer at all. Plus, every time we needed Kellie we found her huddled with her phone more interested in text messaging than taking care of her customers. At one point we actually had to get refills on our water from the young girl bussing tables who also brought us additional dressing for our salads. We have had other servers there that were bordering on poor, but this was our worst experience and we won't go back anymore.

Very high prices...Quality of food not good..Got Grilled stuffed crab Samon n it was cold in the middle n was definately not grilled. it was but in the microwave it was pure mush!!!!Definatley wont b back!!!! Spent 74.00 for me & my 2 Kids under 10 to eat there!!!
