Never seems to work. Service guy has been out to our house several times in the past 5 years. Found no issues. Replaced line into house, replaced their modem and still takes 20 minutes to send a simple email. 10 Meg Speed but can't do anything online. I have to use my cell phone for emails. If Plymouth had other internet providers outside of downtown it would put these guys put.of business. We dropped both phone lines for the same issues. I would rate it -2 stars if possible.

I've had this service for less than 6 weeks and it has been a nightmare. From poor internet service to worse customer service. I asked allot of questions prior to setting it up and was flat out lied to about the cost. Took over a week to be installed. Wouldn't connect and the techs had me jump through hoops for 2 hours while they blamed my computer. It' wasn't my equipment and I had to do allot of fixing of my systems after they had me trouble shoot it with them just to be nasty when they couldn't help. Then tell me to find a computer expert to fix my computer because it absolutely couldn't be there system and it was. Calls to ask how my service was after a month and when I asked questions they couldn't answer them. The CS rep was obviously training and unequipped to be speaking to customers as yet. The final straw was getting my first bill, after specifically calling to see why I had not received one yet and being told it hadn't had one yet, to have a huge bill with charges I was told did not exist and that I was a month past due. Called to get an explanation and was treated poorly by the first two reps and the supervisor basically said sorry they went honest and sorry you've been given bad information, but it is what it is. Find another carrier. I am! I'm giving this one star ONLY because I can't give it less and save my comment!

I would not recommend this company to anyone in search for an Internet company. We switched from Comcast to Century Link because of the increase in price from Comcast. The Internet through Century Link is slower, which we knew prior to receiving the service. The problem is that once a month the Internet will shutdown for hours at a time, sometimes from Friday night to Sunday night. The Internet will also randomly slow down, taking minutes to load a page. It's not our electronics either we have tested that theory multiple times.
