If you had a negative rating I would give that to this pathetically managedMcDonald’s!! This was the 2nd time in a row that I had to call and go back to get my order right .. today I was treated very poorly (morning shift) I didn’t get a receipt for one thing did not notice till I was home and realized that I did not get my hash browns that I paid fir so I called and talked to a very rude lady that said she was the manager (much older lady ) she hung up on me as well. Went back to the restaurant around 10:15 and was told after was ignored that she was not going to give me the refund for my hash browns which I did not want any longer because I had no receipt which was never given to me!! Will not ever go back to that McDonald’s unless management changes!
