We are an out of town couple who live in Philly but wanted to get married in Plymouth near our family. We chose Ron Zimmerman for our wedding photographer. Two days after the wedding we picked up 5 CDs with our wedding pictures on them. The pictures followed no logical sequence, there were many duplicates and he did not bother to remove the obviously horrible pictures. It took me countless hours to sort and rate the pictures. (Last count it was 28 hrs!) This could have been avoided it he would have downloaded them in chronological order, eliminated the duplicates pictures and the bad ones (blurry or pictures that people were not centered or cut off). He also promised to make a correction to the photo of all our family. I have been waiting 18 months for that to happen despite repeated phone calls! This man is holding our wedding album hostage!!! I would NEVER use him and I urge to to avoid a lot of headaches and not use him either.
