I was referred by the VA for treatment for multiple injuries sustained while in the military. Especially my right shoulder, left hip and lower back. When I started with Spine and Joint Associates of Plymouth I had a very hard time sleeping in a bed for more than 3 hours and even then tossed and turned and couldn't get any rest. I also had a hard time walking or standing due to issues with my left hip and lower back. From the Gorgeous, Polite and Professional Ladies at the front desk - "Jane", Rachel and Jeanette to the Outstanding Physical Therapist "Page" and Justine, and the Fantastic Massage Therapists - especially "Jessie". The entire Team is Outstanding. When I completed my program I was sleeping over 6 hours with comfort and rest, was able walk and do virtually anything I want to without pain and with over 80% flexibility and feel 20 years younger.
