I never used this florist and was skeptical but read the reviews which convinced me to give it a try. I called in my order late yesterday afternoon after the florist was closed and was surprised that Kathy answered the phone (great customer service). I asked her to deliver a bouquet today between 11 am and noon to my wife's work and they were delivered on time. My wife lover them! Will definitely use this florist again and intend to recommend to friends and family.

Carole's Flower's and Gifts is the place to go. Upon entering the shop I am greeted by the owner, Katherine. Her warmth and kindness are a perfect match to the lovely display of floral arrangements. She has ofter put together the most personal bouquets for me at the last minute when I need them the most. I love the fact I can count on her in a pinch and get exactly what I needed. The florals, unique gifts and especially Katherine are outstanding and I look forward to my visits to Carole's Gifts.

I just Know when I want to express my self..I want the flowers I send to a friend or a loved one to show how I feel .I love CAROLES Flowers & Gifts because the owner is right there..and the owner who I talked to Kathrine she listend to me.she understands..She helped me, an gave me ideas..it was like talking to a friend ..Once I saw how fast and accurate she was, I have come to count on her and her expertise ..I also Like the fact that every time I have ordered flowers I know I can count on Caroles flowers an gifts ..to get the right fragrance the right colors ..and the way I am feeling across to the person I am sending the gift to....
