This was a horrible experience for my family. Not sure if they are under staffed or the quality of the staff that is the problem. The unit coordinator and director were great to deal with. My Dad was very sick. He was found in his room unresponsive at 2am. Turned out his blood sugar dropped dangerously low. He was alone for too long a due to Alzheimers, did not know to call the nurse. He was only there for 2 nights. In this short time his roomate also fell out of bed. I am from Plymouth. I know quite a few good people that work there. I also know of some that shouldn't and had and issue with him going there is the first place. They employ active addicts. Scares me to think and active addict can work as a nurse with seriously ill patients. I had a personal experience with one of them. She had been fired and rehired 3 times. She had illegal drug paraphernalia in the vehicle she was using while at work. I would not reccomend sending a loved one here for rehab.

I have found that the patients are not dealt with as people they are mostly thought of as crazy old people that dont know whats going on. that may be true for some but not all They need to learn to listen Because nobody know your body better than yourself.



Patient are left to wait to long for night bathroom calls menu is seldom what is ordered > Ther are some great people ,but the bad outweighs them
