Very poor customer service. Went for measurements, & they asked me my parties number. Told them I didn't know & they said they couldn't do anything for me. I said it's under this name & they responded "oh ok yah no problem". They measured me & told me to come back weeks before the wedding.

Picked up later. Tried on when I got home, pants were 8 sizes too big, jacket was far too big even though "slim fit". Called back to ask if I could come back to have it looked at. They said sure come on down. I revisited less than an hour later, same day. Immediately told me they couldn't do anything. I asked multiple questions & felt like they were annoyed with me. I'm sorry this isn't my profession & have questions. Would've been nice to know on the phone that nothing could be done about my suit size.

Went home and the groom asked me if I got my shirt. No, they didn't even tell me the shirt and ties were also ready for pickup. First and last experience with men's warehouse, especially Plymouth.
