We are very pleased with our new addition sunroom to our home, we plan to get a lot of use out of it.

This is an extremely difficult company to deal with. After having to have 3 salesman come out, we finally worked out a contract.at the end of April The salesman assured us that it would done by the end of summer. The room still is not done. The prep work was not done properly delaying the start of the room. That was finally started, then the guy working on it went on vacation. I had a contractor come in to do some other work and when he looked at the drywall, he said that it was not done properly. He had to re-tape and spackle it. I have called Betterliving numerous times. I spoke with the production manager, Mike, who was defensive when I explained the issues, told me it would be done the following day. It was not completed and now we have to wait an addition 5 days for them to come back to "finish". I was not called about the new date that they would be out and when I did call, the receptionist was quite rude saying that it was only 11:00 and that I was on the list to call. We can not put the floor in until they are done, we can't even arrange for it to done since we have no idea when the room will finally be complete.
