I called Horton for issues with the water draining throughout my house. The lady that answered the phone was courteous and super helpful when explaining the pricing and getting me on the schedule the SAME day I called! Ron called us when he was on his way over and was able to help resolve the issue within a couple of hours. I would not hesitate to hire Horton Plumbing and Remodeling again if we ran into problems again.

Awesome Service! I have NO idea how hot water tanks work, except for the fact that I am supposed to turn on my faucet and hot water is supposed to come out. A fairly expensive part of our tank went out on New Years Eve. I called Horton Plumbing because they are from my hometown, they came right out. Not only did they fix everything, they found out the part was still under warranty for me! It was an amazing experience and I won't forget how great the entire team was to us! I have written well over 500 online and thus was the best service received. Thank you!

I found out a week after Horton plumbing fixed the leak on my water heater that they had never reassembled the line to the pressure relief valve. I made them come back out to my house and the plumber Andrew and his manager Sam showed up at my house and acted like it was no big deal. The manager Sam was very condescending. The worst part of the whole ordeal is that if a friend hadn't pointed it out I would never have known how unsafe it was. This could have been catastrophic yet they acted like it was no big deal. Don't trust this company with your safety. I wish I hadn't !!!
