Look, I was an employee with Northville Car Wash for 3 years. I did every job in the building. From an employee perspective, I will tell you that people who are not happy with this place have completely legit gripes. The owner buses employees in and out from the city of Detroit, who wouldn't otherwise find employment. They are paid in cash, and it was below minimum wage. Drugs and alcohol were prominent throughout the working environment. To the customers who report missing items, or crappy services, it is simply no wonder. Sure, you could say the owner is doing a favor to those who wouldn't otherwise be employed, but, at whose expense? Why wouldn't Northville Police get their cars washed here? A deal for them, and nothing that the thieves who work there can steal from law enforcement. Owner has high prices, and pays his employees minimally. You do the math. Stay away from this crooked business.
