The guy at the counter tried to rip me off for a used tire rather than try to sell me new ones... what an idiot.

Do NOT bring your car here! They repaired a leak in my tire and stripped one of my lug nuts in the process. I took the car back and they damaged the rim trying to get it off. They refused to replace the rim. When asked for a receipt the manager said "that's not going to happen", When insisting for a receipt I was told "to shut the f--- up". The manager also called my friend who was with me a "fat f---". Trust me, you do NOT want to do business with them. Ever.

I only gave this place 1 star because I could not leave 0 stars.

they ripped me off and charged me way more for my brake pads..whats more is they screwed my exhaust too..it was fine when i went there...very mean and dishonest stay away.....!

Overcharge and cannot accept their own mistakes. FRAUD! SLOW! Don't waste your money there with so many choices w/in 5 miles.

I dropped my car off for a simple oil/filter change which they said would take an hour - when I came back, my car was lofted up and in pieces. They tried to tell me they found several other problems they wanted to fix right away during an inspection that I never asked for. My dad had already checked my car the night before and found none of these problems. Two men proceeded to be VERY rude to me, told me I was being irrational when I questioned the problems, and patronized me ("sweetheart" and "honey"). When I called my dad to talk to them for me, the manager was VERY rude to him as well and told him he did a poor job raising me. I would NEVER recommend this dishonest, rude place.

As plain as I can put it, Pilgrim has the best service in town bar none! I love the fact they're open sunday, have A.S.E. certified techs and HAVE USED TIRES!! It seems like I can never afford new tires, it's just great that they do. I would definately recommend them to anyone needing service on their car!

They scratched my rim mounting a tire. And now they don't admit it. I know for a fact that the rim was flawless when i brought it in. Do not got there. If something happens they will just keep it with Shaggy: "It wasn't me".

And that i should stop blaming him for my mistakes.
