Knowing that most bicycle shops take I while to work on a bike, I called the Trading Post well in advance of the dates I needed service to ask if they needed me to make an appointment. They assured me that an appointment was not necessary and that it would only take a few days from the date of dropoff.

As a regular rider and bicycle commuter, it's hard to go for long without my bike. I planned for service while I was out of town and a few weeks ahead of a race. After a full week without word from the store, I stopped by and was told that they had a lot of bikes come in for service and that mine wouldn't be ready for yet another week - not what I was told, when dropping it off.

I could have planned to drop it off somewhere more organized, even if an appointment had been necessary. Now, I lack the time to get the bike service I needed.

Matt has been more than helpful and is great to work with! I was referred to him and was so glad! He went above and beyond to help me order a special gift for my Varsity Cheerleader. If I lived in Michigan I would be loyal to Matt and Plymouth Trading Post!
