I called on a Saturday afternoon and they got me in that afternoon. They greeted me by name when I came in and offered me a beverage. I had to sit for a few minutes but I was a little early. My appointment was with Liz and she was fantastic. Her cost (very reasonable for a fancier salon) included a wash and style. She sat me down and discussed what I wanted then we got started. I was there for about two hours but that included a demi glaze to give me some shine and to even out my color. She took the time to blow dry and curl with a round brush then taught me how to put in velcro rollers to get more body. Liz was very personable and she didn't pressure me to buy any products though she did suggest a couple. Overall I was extremely happy with my experience and I walked out of there looking and feeling like a million bucks. Also she gives a 20/20 where if you refer someone to her they get 20 off their cut/style/whatever and you get 20 off the next time you come in...So tell her Hillary sent you
